하남읍 이장협의회의 적극적 참여 하에 지난 4월 메밀 씨 파종작업을 실시한 명례생태공원은 낙동강 친수공간 약 66,000㎡의 부지 위에 소금을 뿌려 놓은 듯한 메밀꽃 물결로 장관을 이루고 있다.

드넓은 들판 위에 눈꽃처럼 하얗게 수놓은 메밀꽃은 보는 이로 해금 가슴이 시원해지며 전국에서 찾아온 관광객들과 지역주민들에게 힐링과 휴식을 선사하고 있다.
